CineCode is an offline tool that lets the user convert any format to Flash, on the desktop. It is very easy to use, as it is just a question of dragging and dropping any video file into CineCode. Then the program will convert the file into Flash.

It supports all types of files, including DivX, and is multiplatform: it works in Windows, Apple and Linux. It also works with videophone content, digital cameras and video recorders.
